INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN NONFORMAL: PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN HIDUP
Abstract
The development of digital technology and global socio-economic transformation require the education system to adapt quickly and appropriately. Non-formal education presents a strategic alternative that can bridge the limitations of formal education, especially for marginalized groups, remote communities, and individuals with flexible learning needs. This study aims to explore innovations in non-formal learning through the use of digital technology to improve students' life skills. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing twenty scientific articles from various reputable sources. The results of the study indicate that digital technology plays a significant role in improving the quality of non-formal learning through e-learning, interactive media, digital literacy training, and the use of AI-based applications, AR, and VR. Digitalization not only increases access and effectiveness of learning but also strengthens digital literacy, learning independence, and community readiness to face the demands of the Society 5.0 era. Furthermore, community-based non-formal education has been shown to contribute to women's empowerment, increased entrepreneurial skills, and character building. This study confirms that the integration of digital technology and the andragogical pedagogical approach in non-formal learning can produce an educational model that is inclusive, adaptive, and relevant to the needs of modern developments. The findings of this study provide recommendations for the development of non-formal education policies and practices that are sustainable, innovative, and oriented towards improving community life skills.
